We originally saw the make of car we were looking for (an AUDI Q3 TDI ) on the internet. We saw just the car at CBSautos in Preston, at a good price. I spoke to Kevin at the garage regarding this vehicle, and came to a deal with part exchange. I found Kevin to be polite,honest and knowledgeable. We were more than delighted on picking the car up. It was immaculate. The car was fully serviced with MOT and Kevin quickly sorted out the details. We arrived home later that day and were surrounded by neighbours admiring our car. It's like new. CBS Autos has done a great job of supplying us with a specific car we had to search the country for. When we travelled from Highlands to their showroom in Preston he had the car prepared for inspection and showed us around it with no pressure to buy. There were a few issues we were not happy about he had those put right immediately and the car was ready for collection a few days later. On the long drive home we found that the audio was intermittent. On contacting CBS Autos they were happy for us to put the car into our local Audi dealer (it was an SQ5) although they pointed out that it was a shame it was so far away as they would prefer to have fixed it themselves. I pointed out that I was going past Preston soon on my way to London for a month and if they could supply an alternative car they were welcome to have it for the month and put it right. This they did and not only fixed the audio but sorted out an annoying rattle. CBS Autos can be trusted to do what they say.

The service was second to none, being helpful from start to finish, making this transaction super smooth. It was time for me to get a new car and I knew what I wanted, a Peugeot 308 with low mileage. I scoured the internet to see what was available. From that search CBS Autos looked to have the cleanest and best for the money so I went along to have a look. Kevin was working and on hand to answer any questions. He was very informative and knowledgeable but never once put on the hard sell. 2 days later I decided that the car was a very good buy and arranged a test drive. Again, no hard sell (hard sell would probably have sent me running even if I liked the car!!). Kevin offered me a fair price to trade in my 12 yr old car and we made a deal. I drove away my new car within an hour of arriving. One week on I am still delighted with my new car and the service I received. I will look again at CBS Autos when the time comes to upgrade and would have no reservation about recommending them to anyone looking for a good quality second hand car.

I purchased a car from CBS autos, the service was excellent throughout, I am 250 miles away from the garage so it was a long round trip but there wasn't any disappointment, the staff were more than helpful from day one on enquiry making sure every aspect was covered before I took the round trip to view the car, on arrival the car was just as described in the advert. A week later with everything having been sorted I was picked up at the train station by staff and picked up my new car! I'd rate my experience with CBS Autos as the best used car buying experience I've experienced. We are located some hours away, the deal was based on trust. They offered a very good part exchange price, without physically seeing our car. They provided a personal video of the car we bought from them, and accurately and truthfully described it. We had a minor repair to make on our car, which took a few days, but Ben was patient and held our new car. When we eventually met face to face we found the site to be clean, tidy and inviting. They have good levels of stock. Ben was just as accomodating and friendly when we met and collected our new car. He couldn't help more, every detail was catered for. The car itself is a gem, and way above the average car, very happy with it. Even when we hit a problem with my private plate, it didn't phase them, they found a way around the problem. Very knowledgeable and obviously knows his way around the motor industry. Highly recommended.

Ben was absolutely fantastic when recently buying a used BMWi3 from CBS. I called on bank holiday Monday having seen a car online but living 200miles away from the garage I couldn't go and view. I managed to test drive a similar year and spec one locally which cemented my choice and found the car Ben had in our perfect colour combo with the upgrades we wanted and at a significantly cheaper price than in London. Ben sent me a walk around video within the hour, got on the phone a couple of times to talk mer through ownership of the car `(my first EV) and then discussed delivery options. The car was delivered on Thursday... 3 days after my first enquiry, in awesome condition perfect as described. Ben has been on hand throughout over WhatsApp and has been able to give good advice on a charging point etc also. Really great service and really great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Ben was very helpful from start to finish, had a slight issue my end with getting the car delivered to me as I was buying from a distance. Ben went out of his way to help me with this issue and made me feel very confident in the car despite not seeing it prior to purchase. He gave a detailed and honest video of the condition of the car which was very refreshing compared to most dealers who would normally 'skim' over these details. Also not once did I feel pressured into buying the car, if I had any queries Ben sent detailed clear photos. Wish all dealers had his attitude to selling cars.

My first experience of contactless purchase of a car, and I have to say CBS AUTOS made the whole transaction painless and really straight forward. From taking extra photos, sending walking around videos to pouting out potential minor issues with the car (I.e. Stone chips, etc.). They kept in contact throughout the process through email, text message and phone calls. Even when there was a delay with my car (thank you DVLA), CBS AUTOS were quick to offer solutions and were very patient while we waited. Even after the purchase they offered a substantial aftermarket package which included a platinum package for the warranty and a years free break down cover. They acted with complete professionalism but all the while offering that friendly touch. I would for one highly recommend the contactless purchase and really do believe it's the way forward for future sales. I would also highly recommend CBS AUTOS to any person looking to buy a quality car, their service is second to none.
